Platform News 

Money Marketing Shortlisting 

The P1 Platform has been shortlisted for Best Platform at the Money Marketing Awards 2026. This nomination reflects our continued commitment to building technology that works the way advisers do, reducing friction in the advice process and improving client outcomes. Focusing on getting advisers advising, and not doing admin. It's great to see the platform team's hard work recognised. We look forward to the results on 10th September. 

Top of the leaderboard – Platforum  

P1 Platform has retained the top spot on the Platforum User Leaderboard for the fourth consecutive year, scoring 44.52 out of 50. The leaderboard is compiled from adviser reviews across ten criteria, and P1 increased its score in every single category this quarter. We came top in General opinion and ratings, Value for Fees, usefulness of online tools, ease of doing business, quality of reports and general web usability. 97% of P1 users regard it as their preferred platform, the joint highest of any platform in the report.  

A fantastic achievement and a reflection of the consistent work going into the platform. 

Two new Report Pilot reports 

Along with the new UI launch, updated branding, and new websites you may have missed that there are now two new reports within Report Pilot.  

Client Past Performance 

Generate a full performance report for any selected client, covering returns across a range of preset date ranges. Giving advisers a clear, consolidated view of how a client's portfolio has performed, making it easier to prepare for reviews and demonstrate value. 

Account Past Performance:  

Run a performance report at account level, giving a clear breakdown of returns over preset date ranges. Useful for isolating performance at a granular level, whether for client reporting, compliance purposes or internal analysis. Find out more about Report Pilot here

Joanne Benson and Emma Clarke join as investment managers, bringing over 45 years of combined industry experience 

P1 Investment Management has appointed Joanne Benson and Emma Clarke as investment managers, adding more than 45 years' combined experience to its discretionary model portfolio offering for financial advisers. The appointments also extend P1's geographical reach. 

Wealth Accumulator Portfolios are now available in FE 

Advisers can now view and compare Wealth Accumulator Portfolios alongside FE’s extensive range of portfolios and investment solutions, making it easier to assess performance, risk, asset allocation and overall suitability in one place. This gives firms a more rounded basis for due diligence and helps them benchmark propositions with greater confidence.

May was a month of contradictions. Strong corporate earnings and AI optimism kept risk assets climbing, even as tension around the Strait of Hormuz kept energy markets on edge and bonds swung on every headline.
