We're hosting a couple of lunches for local firms who'd like to meet P1 in person, in a relaxed setting away from the usual formality.

The goal is simple: good food, good company, and a genuine exchange of ideas. Alongside that, there'll be two short talks covering the topics shaping advice firms right now.

On the P1 Platform, we'll ask whether modern platforms have finally moved past the old trade-offs between low cost, strong service, and good technology, or whether you're still being asked to pick two out of three.

On P1 Investment Management, we'll look at risk from two angles. First, market risk as we come out of a highly concentrated return environment, and whether portfolios are positioned for what comes next. Second, regulatory risk and the opportunity within it: the choices you have on due diligence responsibilities under Consumer Duty, and whether CIPs are capturing those opportunities efficiently.
